The driven force of FLUX is Karel Hoeksma. He has decades of knowledge and experience in refractories applications. After working many years for Tata Steel (principal scientist refractories) he decided to raise FLUX in 2013. To be more flexible and to help refractories industries all over the world. He created a huge network and cooperates with specialized engineers.
